Berry Oaty Bites

Little mini baked porridge style muffins, great alternative finger food for baby

Ingredients:

  • 100g of regular porridge oats*
  • 80g of plain greek yoghurt (or dairy free yoghurt)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 medium egg (can swap for a chia egg)
  • 140ml of whole milk (cows or plant based)
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 75g of frozen crushed mixed berries, or freshly chopped

*Or substitute for Gluten free oats

Method:

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into a silicone mini muffin tray or a metal one which has been well greased.

Bake at 180d/356 for 20-25 minutes. You can also bake in a regular muffin tray but add on an extra 10-15 minutes in the oven.

Suitable from 6 months. Suitable for freezing up to 3 months.
