Cooking for the whole family can be easy

We want to show you how easy it is to cook just once for the whole family.

Our recipes are low in salt and sugar but have still have amazing depth and flavour, meaning that parents, grandparents family friends, big kids, toddlers and even weaning babies from 6 months of age can enjoy every recipe together.

Our food is to be enjoyed by everyone, so don’t be afraid to experiment and adapt the recipes to suit your needs, for example, you can remove the little one’s portion before adding more salt, sugar or spices to suit the adult tastes around the table.

More about Rebecca...

Originally growing up in Northumberland, Rebecca now lives in Cumbria with her family.

When she began weaning her daughter Nina onto solid food at 6 months she wanted to cook once for herself and her daughter to save time, but struggled to find recipes that were suitable for herself and her daughter.

After extensive research into what foods babies can and can’t have, Rebecca discovered that with some imagination and creativity, it was possible to cook meals that babies and adults could enjoy together. She applied her personal love of cooking to creating recipes for her and Nina which brought some variety and spark to their weaning journey.

Soon, she started sharing her recipe ideas and weaning journey (the highs and lows) on her Instagram channel, originally called What Mummy Makes.

Very quickly the audience grew, with more and more people inspired to try Rebecca’s method of cooking for their family just once.

Today she is a published author of two top selling books, with her third release, Family Comforts, on pre-sale today.
