Baby Ice Cream

Ice cream with no added sugar, just fruit and yoghurt, and such a treat!

Ingredients:

  • A large handful of frozen raspberries
  • A handful of frozen mango
  • 3 heaped tbsp of greek yoghurt or DF yoghurt*

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a food processor (or a powerful stick blender pot) and whizz till smooth – serve immediately or pop back into the freezer for a later date.

Tip: You want the nice smooth consistency so if your blender is struggling to liquidise everything, add another tbsp of yoghurt and blitz again until you reach your desired consistency.
