Frozen Smoothie Bowl

Whizz up this fun and refreshing bowl of goodness on a warm summers day. Also fab for teething babas who could do with something cold to soothe their gums.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large handfuls of frozen watermelon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 frozen kiwis
  • 4 tbsp of full fat greek yoghurt (or any plant based alternative)
  • The juice of an orange, or 15ml of water 1 tsp of green spirulina (totally optional)

Method:

Pop all the ingredients into a blender and whizz up till smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and top with your fave goodies.
